Construction deadlines depend on the size of the project and, in some cases, meteorological conditions.

Approximate deadline of construction (complete renovation) of a 150 m2 house is around 6 months.

It is also possible to implement project in a special time frame. Here are some examples of our limited deadline projects:

1. Construction of 140 m2 house in Kazbegi with complete renovation (including furniture/equipment) is completed within 4 months;
2. Construction of a 600 m2, 10-room hotel with complete renovation (including furniture/equipment) is completed in 8 months.
